Ousted Thaksin applies for a new passport after his suitcase was stolen in Moscow
Deposed prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra has applied for a new passport after his suitcase was stolen while dinning at a fast food shop in Moscow, Russia.
Thai Foreign Ministry said that upon learning that his suitcase which contained passport, cash and documents was stolen, he travelled to Thai embassy in Moscow to apply for a new passport.
The embassy then issued a temporary travel document for him and he would get new passport at Thai Embassy in London.
