I apologize for the issues you have been having. This last problem you had was due to a network issues at our datacenter that affected an entire block of servers so it wasn't anything in the machine itself that your account is on.
I know it's frustrating for something like this to happen so soon after other issues you had, but this is a rare occurance regarding the network.
I have looked at the server and everything is looks good, the resource usage is low.
