Update:
Aus "The Pattaya News":
"The following information is translated from Thai and is in English regarding restaurants. All of this is correct as of press time, but as with everything in this rapidly developing situation subject to change:
(The original post is here:
Pattaya Covid-19
Restaurants not in malls or department stores can open normally and can sell alcohol. In malls can provide only take away.(Some are choosing not to, however, to help promote social distancing.
There is no further announcement on closing hours or time a restaurant has to close at this time. (There is NO curfew. None. Very important point.)
Social Distancing standards must take place for restaurants not in malls. These include:
-Tables properly spaced two meters between customers. Limited chairs at a table was mentioned as well to prevent large groups forming.
-Must be screening customers entering and leaving the bar. Temperature checks preferred, but not mandatory. Any guest that looks ill must be denied entry.
-Sanitizer available and at every table.
-Tables fully disinfected and cleaned after every customer.
-All staff should wear masks, hair cover and gloves.
-Every effort should be made to encourage guests to take away and not spend long periods of time at the restaurant socializing.
-Restaurants in hotels can allow in hotel dining but only for guests staying at the hotel.
It is also made clear that although alcohol is allowed to be sold, customers should be using the restaurant exception to EAT and not drink alcohol and socialize with other patrons. This is not encouraging social distancing. Venues that are caught doing this have been closed and visited by law enforcement."
Außerdem:
Koh Larn und Koh Si Chang sind "geschlossen" bzw. sollen "geschlossen" werden (tourists should not travel to there).
Außerdem: "people are requested
not to be at the beaches between 8 PM and 6 PM".
Vom 26.3.
"There is NO curfew, lock down or domestic travel restriction" !.
Alles wie gesagt etwas verwirrend und unklar!
