Bei YouTube habe ich bereits geschaut, aber hatte mir nichts genutzt.
Ich hatte bereits einen einen eTravel letztes Jahr gemacht,
wußte aber nicht mehr über welche Email-addr.
Dazu hatte ich meine deutsche Han.Nr. angegeben, die ich bei einer neuen Installation nicht mehr nutzen konnte, da bereits vergeben.
Bei einem neuen Antrag nutzte ich meine thailändische Rufnummer, die in Deutschland durch einen kleinen Bruch nicht mehr funktionierte, (okay bereits 13 Jahre alt + und bei DTAC in PAT jetzt neu bekommen).
Die Anmeldung funktionierte soweit, bis ich ein Paßbild meines Passes einfügen sollte und das funktionierte nicht mehr.....Paßbild 2,8 Mb...
Auch bei ETravel gibt es einen Service,
der mir nicht nicht weiter geholfen hat.........
da es bei bestimmten Schritten nicht weitergegangen ist.

2. Ensure that your operating system and browser are up-to-date.
3. Verify that your internet connection is stable.
4. Confirm that eTravel is not restricted in your country.
5. Confirm that there are no spaces and no spelling errors in the email address entered under
Philippine Travel Information System
Try resending the OTP request once more. However, keep in mind that there might be a waiting window of 5 minutes before you can request it again. To resend your OTP, simply click the "resend email code" button under
Philippine Travel Information System.
Use an alternative email: If the problem persists, consider signing up for an account using a different email address.
