Ach ja: ich habe ein paar Travel Agents in Tana kontaktiert, ob sie behilflich sein können bei der Beschaffung eines Visums mit Ausnahmegenehmigung. Bisher nur Absagen. (..im unterschied zu Jakarta, wo das ja für 100 EU möglich ist)
