Interessant. Fragt sich, wer das kontrollieren soll. Wollen die im Casaurina oder BigTree bei der Getränkebestellung die ID-Card sehen, wenn man nicht gerade eine MILF als Begleitung hat?
Und wer zahlt die Strafe bei Zuwiderhandlung? Das Mädel, der zahlende Mzungu oder der Barbesitzer?
Und ist das erstmal nur eine Empfehlung für ein Gesetz oder schon geltende Vorschrift?

Jepp... und fordern kann man ja alles! Eine Umsetzung stelle ich mir spannend vor in einem Land, in dem sich ja jeder überall an Regeln hält.

Ich hatte dazu auch mal gegoogelt und einigen Artikel zufolge sind die aufgeführten neuen Regelungen zum Alkoholverkauf nicht nur Forderungen, sondern auch ab sofort rechtswirksam. So heißt es zum Beispiel:

"The National Authority for the Campaign Against Alcohol and Drug Abuse (NACADA) has banned the sale of alcohol in ten categories of locations, including supermarkets."
und
"The authority announced the immediate prohibition of ..."

Kann noch ganz lustig werden:

Under the proposed rules, alcohol outlets will be prohibited from operating within 300 metres of learning institutions, places of worship and residential estates. If properly enforced, this zoning law could force thousands of bars to relocate or shut down.

Ich fürchte, du hast Recht. Unter 21-jährigen ist es demnach sogar verboten, einen Liquor-Shop zu betreten. Da bin ich jetzt wirklich auf die Umsetzung gespannt.
