The dire situation at Nana Plaza last week with girls on stage wearing as much or more than the general public do is over. The curious situation of gogo girls dancing on stage in street clothes lasted just a few short days before sanity prevailed. Things have just about returned to the old normal and it's bikinis all around in Nana, less if you know where to go. With that said, most bars in the plaza remain way down on girl numbers and a conservative estimate would be that a third of the girls who used to work in Nana have gone. Making matters worse, to my eyes, bar takings have to be down at least that much, if not more. I'd not be surprised of some bars were down by 40%. Things have got so bad, and the girls in some bars so desperate, that they actually scream, become animated and shock, horror, actually show interest when guys walk into the bar! Even some of the remaining hotties grab guys and show them the sort of attention not seen for years in Nana.
The main beneficiary of the troubles Nana Plaza has had is Soi Cowboy where there has been an influx of girls from up the road.
