There is no ‘companion’ or ‘visitor’ fee when booking an Avani Flexi with breakfast, directly with the hotel.
For other rate plans and other indirect booking channels, a ‘companion’ or ‘visitor’ fee of 1,000 baht net, per visitor, per day/night will apply.
Visitor policy:
- Visitor must register at the Front Desk. ID card or passport will be checked for the correct name, picture and age of the visitor.
- hotel will not allow any person who is less than 18 years of age and those who do not carry an ID card or passport with them, to visit the guest rooms.
- Visitor will be escorted to the guest’s room if he/she is arriving alone.
- Visitor will be required to leave the hotel premises before noon, and he/she will not allowed to use any of the hotel facilities.
- Where applicable, guest will be able to settle the fee by cash/credit card or charge it to their room, to be settled upon check out.
If a reservation is made for two people who check-in and register together upon arrival, the above criteria (except point 2), will not apply.
